7. No Obligation to Sell

Submitting a form, speaking with our team, receiving an evaluation, or discussing possible terms does not obligate you to sell. You are free to consider other options. Likewise, Western Sky Properties is not obligated to make or accept an offer unless stated in a signed written agreement.

8. SMS Messaging Terms

Submitting a phone number does not automatically constitute SMS consent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To opt in again, you must provide new affirmative consent.
